SCENATET

Transit will finish with a spectacle with a dramatic mix of music, live video, choreography and performance, customised for the Danes of SCENATET by American composer Jessie Marino. Nice Guys Win Twice is based on the phenomenon of ‘fake news’, and finds its material in popular culture, music history and the everyday events of daily life. But like ‘fake news’, the work only illustrates the topics and facts that cover an already defined political agenda. SCENATET’s musicians will act as newscasters, reporters, fact checkers, and pseudo scientists surveying and testing the validity of the so-called facts – through absurd everyday scenes and rituals.
