Red Note Ensemble

Admittedly, Transit has a soft spot for new talent, likes to support young composers and eagerly seeks out interesting new developments. But, every now and then, all that young power should also be combined with a Genuine Figurehead. Tanz/Haus is a new, concert-length work by master composer James Dillon, which was an immediate hit at its premiere in Huddersfield. It’s a work whose creation we at Transit are proud to have co-commissioned. Scotland’s Red Note Ensemble will repeat all this beauty in Leuven, a concert we’re already looking very much forward to.
