Ensemble Mosaik

Four years ago they brought Transit to a fabulous close, and now the Berlin ensemble Mosaik is returning to play a fantastical opening concert. Ensemble Mosaik will start a dialogue with turntable artists (Moguillansky), mixing the instruments with samples and a variety of distortions into an inventive game of ‘who’s playing what sound now?’ with the audience (Scheuer). As a bonus, they’ll play the stunning Fleischby Transit regular Enno Poppe. To add even more pizzazz to the Berlin-Leuven exchange, they’ll crown this programme with a world premiere by Jasper Vanpaemel.
